General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ffbet platform and all related products and services (the “Services”). By visiting, registering for an account, or placing bets or participating in any Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable rules or terms published on the platform. 3. Eligibility and Prohibited Jurisdictions

Access to the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or prohibited is strictly forbidden. Ffbet may refuse registration, block access, void bets and withhold winnings if there is reasonable reason to believe you access the Services from an impermissible jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Information

• 4.1 To register an Account you must provide true, complete and up‑to‑date information, including a valid email address, mobile number, and any other data requested during registration.

• 4.3 You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, and you must immediately notify Ffbet of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• 4.4 You may not transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account or its balances. Any such transfer or attempted transfer may result in suspension or termination of the Account and forfeiture of funds.
• 4.5 You must complete all required verification procedures within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. Failure to do so may result in suspension of the Account or restriction of transactions until verification is complete.

5. Security and Privacy

• 5.1 Ffbet may offer additional security features, including two‑factor authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any security codes or devices you use.
• 5.2 Ffbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described therein.

6. Conduct, Fair Play and Prohibited Activity

• 6.1 You must use the Services for lawful purposes and in good faith. You may not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity or attempt to manipulate outcomes.
• 6.2 You must not use assistance from third parties, software, or devices intended to influence outcomes or to circumvent the Rules.
• 6.3 You must treat other participants with respect and comply with all communications rules during interaction on the platform.
• 6.4 If Ffbet suspects improper conduct, it may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, and withhold funds without refund.

7. Accounts and Multiple Accounts

• 7.1 Each person may hold only one active Account. Multiple registrations by the same person, household or device may result in suspension or closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• 7.2 Ffbet may take additional verification steps for any withdrawal or for high‑risk transactions.

8. Banking, Deposits and Withdrawals

• 8.1 Deposits and withdrawals shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the payment methods disclosed by Ffbet. You must use valid payment instruments belonging to you.
• 8.2 All transactions are subject to anti‑money laundering checks and identity verification procedures. Ffbet may request documentation to verify ownership of payment methods and the identity of the account holder.
• 8.3 Ffbet may place limits on deposits, withdrawals, or certain game plays in accordance with risk management procedures.
• 8.4 If a payment is found to be invalid or charged back, Ffbet may reverse the transaction and reclaim funds, and may levy appropriate remedies under applicable law.

9. Bets, Settlement and Errors

• 9.1 Bets are subject to the applicable game rules and the outcomes as determined by Ffbet’s systems and any approved third‑party data sources.
• 9.2 Ffbet reserves the right to declare bets or transactions void in cases such as obvious error, fraud, or manipulation, or where technical or human error affects the outcomes or odds.
• 9.3 In the event of an error that results in an incorrect credit to an Account, the erroneous amount remains the property of Ffbet and may be deducted. You must notify Ffbet promptly if you suspect an error.

10. Refunds and Chargebacks

• 10.1 Generally, funds deposited into an Account are non‑refundable except as expressly determined by Ffbet in exceptional circumstances (for example, a documented technical failure). Any refunds shall be at Ffbet’s sole discretion.
• 10.2 A refund may be offered only after Ffbet has completed any required verification of identity and account information and only to the extent approved by Ffbet.
• 10.3 If a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method and may be subject to processing times and applicable fees or limits as determined by Ffbet.

11. Intellectual Property and License

All software, content and trademarks used in connection with the Services are owned by Ffbet or its licensors. 13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Upon termination, you may have a limited period to withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal rules then in effect, subject to any hold or verification requirements.
