Sportsbook Rules
1. General Provisions
These Sportsbook Rules govern all betting activity conducted on Ffbet. By placing a bet, the account holder automatically accepts the then‑current rules and agrees to be bound by them. The rules apply to all bets placed on the platform, regardless of device or access method.
1.1 Eligibility and Verification
The account holder must have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction governing the user’s activity, and the operator may require identity, credit and other verification checks (including video verification) as permitted by applicable law. The operator reserves the right to suspend or restrict access until verification is completed to its satisfaction.
1.2 Funds, Source of Funds and KYC
The operator may request information and documents to confirm funds availability and provenance. If the requested documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, the operator may suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity. The operator may also contact financial institutions or authorities to verify sources of funds as permitted by law.
1.3 Fraud, Improper Conduct and Sanctions
The operator may halt activity, require additional verification or terminate accounts if signs of fraudulent or improper actions are detected, including the use of third parties, fake documents, or attempts to secure an unfair advantage. All such decisions are final and binding.
1.4 Account Integrity and Anti‑Circumvention
Re‑registration under different data, sharing access with third parties, or using the same device or network to operate multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited. The operator may close, restrict or block accounts found to be in violation without prior notice.
1.5 Language and Precedence
The English version of these rules governs interpretation and application where discrepancies exist between language versions. In the event of a dispute, the English version prevails.
1.6 External Content and Limitations
The operator is not responsible for the content of external sites or services. Any reference to external information is informational only and does not imply endorsement or liability.
2. Accounts, Bets and Line Management
The following provisions apply to bet placement, line management, and settlement.
2.1 Definitions
- Line — A list of suggested events with the odds of potential winnings offered by the operator.
- Player/Client — An individual who has placed a bet on the platform.
- Bet — An agreement to wager funds on a selected outcome, as evidenced by bet acceptance in the user interface.
- Outcome — A selectable position within the market on which a bet is placed.
- Winning Odds — The multiplier applied to the stake to determine payout.
- Result — The final outcome of the event as determined by official sources.
2.2 Bet Acceptance and Validity
Bets are valid from the moment they are registered in accordance with these rules. If a bet confirmation message stating "Bet accepted" does not appear, the user should verify in the betting history or contact support for clarification.
2.3 Pre‑Match Bets, Live Bets and Settlement
Bets placed before an event starts are subject to the line at the time of bet acceptance, unless otherwise stated. Live bets may be accepted on events in progress where outcomes are undetermined. Live odds update in real time and may rise or fall between selection and acceptance. Live bets are settled based on outcomes and official results announced immediately after the event ends.
2.4 Wagering, Limits and Maximums
Betting limits, including minimum and maximum stake per event and bet type, are determined by the operator for each event and market and may change without prior notice. The operator reserves the right to restrict or block bets or accounts without explanation.
2.5 Void and Incorrect Settlements
A bet on an event whose result is already known when the bet was accepted, or on markets with erroneous data, will be void and funds returned. Bets settled incorrectly due to technical issues will be re‑settled in accordance with official results and protocols.
2.6 Time‑Sensitive and Post‑Event Issues
Contested issues (e.g., wrong settlements, unsettled bets) must be raised within 30 days from the event’s conclusion. For Live bets, claims must be submitted within 24 hours from the start of the event. If an event is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours, bets on incomplete outcomes will be settled at odds of 1 (refunds) unless otherwise determined by official results.
2.7 Bonuses, Bonus Balances and Wagering
When placing bets from a bonus balance, the operator’s active bonus terms apply. Wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings arising from bonus bets. Winnings earned with bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
2.8 Multiple Bets, System Bets and Prohibition on Certain Combinations
Avoid including multiple bets on the same event within a single market. The operator may cancel bonuses and all winnings derived from bonus activity if such rules are violated. System bets pay out for each constituent multiple; the total payout is the sum of all relevant multiples. It is prohibited to include identical events across different bet types that would circumvent limits or create circular bets.
2.9 Prohibited Participants
Bets may not be placed by participants in the event (e.g., athletes, coaches, officials) or by persons acting on behalf of third parties. The operator reserves the right to reject bets from employees of betting firms or to refund bets where conflicts of interest are suspected.
2.10 Cash Out
Cashout functionality, where offered, allows settlement prior to final event result. Cashout is subject to availability, market type and system conditions. The operator may suspend or cancel cashouts at any time and without notice.
3. Live Betting
Live bets are accepted during events with undetermined outcomes. Real‑time odds reflect ongoing progress and may change rapidly. Live bets settle according to official results immediately after the event concludes. For any disputes related to Live bets, such claims must be made within 24 hours of event start; refunds for abrogated or interrupted events are handled in accordance with official results and internal policies.
4. Bet Types and Settlement Rules
The following describes standard bet types and how winnings are calculated and settled.
4.1 Single Bets
A single bet is placed on the outcome of a single event. Payout equals stake multiplied by the odds shown at the time of acceptance.
4.2 Accumulators (Multiples)
A bet on the outcomes of two or more independent events. All selections must win for the bet to pay. The total payout is the product of the stake and the odds for all selections. If any selection fails, the entire accumulator is void.
4.3 System Bets
A system bet consists of multiple smaller multiples of the same stake amount. Each included multiple is settled separately; winnings from each are added to the total payout. Incomplete or canceled selections within a system bet render the corresponding component untied to payout unless the rules specify otherwise.
4.4 Conditional Bets
A chain of bets where only the first (main) part is paid out; winnings from the main part fund subsequent portions. It is prohibited to include events from the main part in the conditional components. If the main part loses, all conditional bets are lost. If the main part’s winnings are insufficient to settle all conditional bets, only the available amount is paid and remaining conditional bets are voided.
4.5 Prohibition on Same‑Match Arbitrage
Events from the same match may not be included within multiple or system bets in a manner intended to manipulate limits or produce riskless profit. If detected, the bet is refunded or canceled in accordance with policy.
4.6 Result Discrepancies and Corrections
The operator may correct markets, odds or results at any time in the case of obvious errors or mispricing. In disputes where multiple data sources conflict, the operator will rely on official protocols and primary competition data. Final decisions rest with the operator.
5. Market Definitions and Bet Coding
The following standard market codes are used for example clarity, subject to change by the operator’s market rules.
- Team to Win: 1
- Draw: X
- Team to Win or Draw: 1X
- Team to Win or Lose: 12
- Draw or Win for Team 2: X2
- Handicap: a goal/point difference applied to one side
- Total: over/under a defined threshold
- Correct Score: exact final score
- HT/FT: half‑time result followed by full‑time result
- Other market types (e.g., period, goal scorers, etc.) may be offered as defined in the current line.
6. Bonus Promotions and Responsible Use
Bonus offers are governed by separate terms and conditions. While bonuses may be available, they do not guarantee profit and may include wagering requirements, playthrough limits, and time restrictions. Winnings from bonus funds are generally credited to the bonus balance and may require fulfillment of the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Abuse of bonus terms, including attempting to exploit inconsistency between markets and bonus rules, may lead to removal of the bonus and forfeiture of winnings.
7. Disputes, Settlements and Corrections
Disputes regarding bet settlement, data discrepancies or irregularities shall be resolved in accordance with these rules and the operator’s internal procedures. Bets may be re‑settled if technical issues or incorrect event results are identified. All decisions are final and binding.
8. Prohibited Conduct and Sanctions
The operator reserves the right to block access or close accounts where there are grounds to suspect collusion, use of automated tools, or other prohibited conduct. Bets from the same IP address or device that indicate possible multi‑accounting may be blocked. The operator may impose additional limits or sanctions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
9. Modifications, Updates and Precedence
The operator may modify these rules from time to time. Changes apply to subsequent bets unless otherwise stated. The English version prevails in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between language versions.
10. Miscellaneous
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services for maintenance or regulatory reasons. The operator will communicate material changes where required by law, but may implement changes without prior notice where permitted. By continuing to use the service after such changes, the user accepts and agrees to be bound by the updated terms.
